my pop culture peeve of the week
There is so much pressure for Adam Lambert to come out as being gay, and i dont understand. This annoyance is mostly directed at perezhilton, who i have really come to loathe over the past 2 months.
Everyone knows he is gay. I think that we live in a culture of assumed ” straight until proven gay”. Why does he need to come out in order to make some sort of statement that he is not...

i want to plan a party. i wish i could be a party planner for a career.
i am thinking about planning some type of party for a cause… maybe to help homeless people, or maybe to raise money for a gay rights campaign.
i have been feeling very self involved recently. Maybe i can find a place to volunteer on Saturdays or Sundays. if anyone knows of anything/ has good ideas/ need to have a party...
Twitter is too voyeristic for me… I am annoyed with online sites right now.

maybe I am a little bit racist..
I am having trouble understanding why the Miley Cryus picture is so offensive…I get that is it not politically correct but I simply find the picture amusing. She was there hanging out with a male of Asian decent and he is not bothered by the picture.
If someone feels very differently about it I would LOVE to hear your opinion because I just am not getting people’s outrage at the picture.

I watched the inauguration this morning in an office that has multiple tv’s. The inauguration was on a large screen tv but on a smaller tv next to it Oxygen was on. While Obama was being sworn in the Bad Girls Club was on.

1) I no longer hear Ryan’s voice in the morning, this is an issue.
2) I actually have to dry my hair before leaving (I used to just use the heater and dry my hair sitting in traffic on Santa Monica)
3) I am on time to work.
4) I do not pass whole foods on my way home/ I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GET FOOD!
5) I do not randomly call people while bored driving home, It will take more effort for me...

i just bought clothing to be delivered to my house in Dayton so that i dont have to do laundry/pack clothes to take with me.
…i cant decide if it is better or worse that I am fully aware of how lazy and unnecessary this was.

Today I got a job...for real
I got a job. I dont know if it is what I want… but I know it will be good, and with the econonmy/ potential actors strike I decided I did not have a choice but to take the job.
Televsion for women it is. I think i am most excited about not having to deal with creepy parking lot guy.

I am a nice person. I am easy going and extremely forgiving.
I feel like everything around me is trying to push me to have a hardershell and to be more selfish. I get taken advantage of because I dont want to upset/ impose on others…. and I wind up screwed.
